Mr.O’Hara is one of the highest-profile figures in real estate consulting in Russia. This is mainly due to his renowned professional experience and personal charisma. David's area of expertise is in structuring real estate transactions and strategic consulting. He is a welcomed guest and speaker at the largest commercial real estate conferences such as MIPIM and MAPIC in Cannes, Expo Real in Munich and others. Mr.O’Hara was nominated “Person of the Year” in Russia in commercial real estate in 2008.

Since September 2009 David O’Hara is the Managing Director of Blackwood Commercial Real Estate Department. Vladimir L. Evlanov, Mayor of Krasnodar City

PhD in Economics. Honored Worker of Housing and Communal Services of Russia. Twenty years’ experience of working in government and administrative bodies.
Mr. Evlanov has greatly contributed to improvement of the city’s investment climate and successful development of the market of commercial real estate. Krasnodar is the third Russian city after Moscow and St. Petersburg in respect of housing construction and commissioning rates.
Further development of the city’s infrastructure is the primary condition for boosting economic growth and higher competitiveness. 
Today, Krasnodar is offering investors a number of large-scale infrastructure projects, among which is Krasnodar Transit.
The project involves removing railway tracks from the city center and constructing an express road and an express tramway instead. The territory to be vacated, which is approximately 100 hectares, will provide space to residential houses, social and cultural facilities, as well as business centers.

Konstantin is a Member of ICSC.
He is Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs graduate majoring in business administration. He also holds Master of Arts degree from School of Fine Arts at Moscow State University.
Fluent in Russian, English, and French and proficient in German languages, he has worked for major international companies in the United States, France, Germany and Russia.

Konstantin considerably increased department revenue, attracted new clients and  developed new business acting as Partner and Head of Retail Services at C&W/S&R
As acting General Director of REGIONS Development Company, Konstantin acquired six land plots in Russian regions.  Shopping centers were built on two of those sites.

During the last nine months Konstantin has been Project Leader and General Manager of Sochi Grand Marina Company responsible for The Port of Sochi regeneration and redevelopment project as part of Sochi 2014 Olympic program.
For four years Konstantin Sakharov was Partner and Head of Retail Services C&W/S&R in Moscow. Konstantin was responsible for all retail operations and retail related solutions in the company managing the team of 25 people in Moscow office.
Konstantin worked as General Manager in major international and Russian companies both in Russia and abroad for the last 12 years, including working for largest distribution company in the country with $65 Million turnover. The company owned and operated a chain of 160 newsstand kiosks, 12 wholesale stores, a warehouse and 55 delivery trucks in Moscow and 20 affiliate partners in regions of Russia. Konstantin has seven years of business experience working abroad and ten years of business experience working in Russia.

Adrian Baker is a member of the RICS and has over 20 years experience of property investment in the UK and Europe.
He started his career in the property division of Nat West Bank and then spent 10 years at CLS Holdings where he ran the UK property portfolio, valued at over £500m. In 1997 he helped establish Citadel Holdings, a specialist French property investor on AIM and was responsible for the acquisition and management of its portfolio of over ˆ200m. He subsequently had spells at Topland Group, Prestbury Holdings and Great Portland Estates where he acquired and successfully added value to over £250m of UK property.
After a year investing and developing property in Croatia, he joined Raven Russia in June 2005 working on its IPO in London. Raven has since invested in excess of $1bn into the warehouse and logistics sector of the Russian real estate market and has a portfolio of over 1m sq meters of finished buildings in Moscow, St Petersburg, Rostov and Novosibirsk.
Adrian was voted Property Personality of the year at the 2009 Russian Commercial Real Estate Awards.



Opponent: Dmitry Ermolov, CEO of Promsvyaznedvizhimost

Dmitry Ermolov holds an MBA degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He has held senior managerial positions at Cisco Systems and Sun Microsystems and since 2004 has been Deputy General Manager and subsequently General Manager of OAO Ñryogenmash, Russia’s largest manufacturer of cryogenic equipment and industrial gases. Since 2008 he has been CEO of Promsvyaznedvizhimost.

Prior to launching IMG in 2007, Mr.Kunin was responsible for Morgan Stanley Real Estate investment in Russia.  In this capacity, he carried out first Morgan Stanley Real Estate investments in the region. From 2003 until 2005, he headed Fleming Family & Partners’ (FF&P) effort to launch FF&P Russia Real Estate Ltd., the first institutional investment fund in Russia with GEPT and IMMOEAST as the main investors.  There he managed the day-to-day operations of the group's real estate activities and established FF&P Russia as a leading real estate investment firm in Russia. Prior to 2001, Mr. Kunin spent 3 years with LaSalle Investment Management (New York and London) with the main areas of practice in portfolio management, asset management and asset sales.  At the end of 2001, he completed the disposition of a US$2bn real estate portfolio in New York and Los Angeles.

David trained as a professional Quantity Surveyor in Birmingham with Turner & Townsend in the early 1990s and attained his degree in Quantity Surveying from Nottingham University.
