Questions to discuss:
• Will number of deals be increased if the object owners will estimate their assets more soberly?
• To what extent are the owners' expectations overestimated?
• How can the Russian real estate market manage to represent a certain interest for the west investors?
• Russian investors - who are they? What are their possibilities and expectations from the market?
• Which objects will be interesting for the investors when the market starts to revive?
• What is a future of the objects with low investment attractiveness that have been appeared on the market in such a great quantity?
• Thanks to what do profitability indices grow on the European real estate market?
• How do independent ratings influence the investors attitude towards Russia?
• Can one more price drop be expected in the nearest future?
• When is "long" money going to be available again?
• To what extent is the situation in the region worse than in the center?
• Is it worth to expect a supposed re-division of the real estate market, or the  situation is not going to change greatly ?
• Co-investment of the projects - is it an alternative way of development?
