Q: How do I get registered?
A: You will see submenu options to the left of the focus event page. Click on "Registration" subsection and you'll be offered to complete a reservation form step-by-step. You can also contact us on +7(495)540-73-40, or send your request by fax +7(495)540-72-15, or e-mail at info@imevents.ru.

Q: How do I get registered for the Russian Breakfast?
A: You may find the latest updates regarding the event at "Russian Breakfast" section. You will be offered to get registered on the page of the preferred breakfast. Please note that due to intense interest of companies, registration for the breakfast is closed a week prior to the project date.

Q: When and where does the event take place?
A: This information can be found on our web-site directly on the page of the subject event at "Calendar of events" section.

Q: What expenses does participation cost cover?
A: Enrollment fee includes registration to all the events held within the conference, necessary writing materials and meals throughout the whole event period (dinners, coffee-breaks, drink receptions).

Q: Are there any regulations regarding event ticket reservation?
A: Yes, there are. After you obtain a registration form, a manager will be assigned to you to prepare and send you a request agreement, having previously reserved the required number of tickets. Note that reservation is active only after the event organizers receive a recorded/original copy of the signed request agreement within the stated time-limit. If the request agreement is not signed and sent out within the indicated period, we'll have to forfeit the reservation having informed you beforehand.

Q: What does beneficial registration imply?
A: The organizers set up special terms for beneficial registration of event participants. If you meet the due date of registration and payment, you may get an about 100 Euro discount to the ticket price.

Q: What if we fail to make timely payment while participating in Beneficial Registration?
A: In case of non-payment of the amount stated in the request agreement within the action period, you are automatically removed from the list of action participants and fall under standard terms of registration. In this case your participation cost is recalculated according to the full ticket price. You'll receive an advance notification from IM Events.  

Q: What is the required time of payment in case you miss the period of Beneficial Registration?
A: Enrollment fee should be paid three days prior to the event date.

Q: How do I pay the participation fee?
A: Service payments are made by bank transfer or in cash in rubles at the Bank of Russia exchange rate effective on the date of payment.

Q: Can we get registered immediately at the conference?
A: It is possible. You should address IM Events registration desk in the hotel where the event is held. Company's officials will get you registered and collect registration charges. However we recommend that you get registered in advance.

Q: I won't be able to take part in the conference, but my colleague would like to attend instead of me.
A: It is possible. You need to contract your manager and notify him beforehand.

Q: I have passed the registration but unfortunately have no opportunity for participation. What shall I do?
A: Information regarding withdrawal from the event should be provided in written form by fax +7(495) 540-73-40 or by e-mail info@imevents.ru with further mailing of the original copy at 20, bld. 9, 4th Roschinsky proezd, Moscow, Russia
In that case we can suggest carrying forward the paid amount on account of a participation fee for another event at your option carried out by IM Events. In case the participant fails to attend the event without prior notification of the organizers, IM Events reserves the right to retain the payment as cost recovery for participation arrangements.

Q: How can I get to the conference location?
A: If you have already got registered, you will receive a conference participant's memo a few days prior to the event date. It contains detailed information regarding the venue (name, address, hotel phone number) and the location map, as well as managers' contacts. Should you have any questions, feel free to contact us on +7(495)540-73-70 or contact the event coordinator on the mobile phone indicated in a memo. Also please find a detailed location map in "Access" section located on a specific event's page.

Q: When can I get conference materials?
A: As you get registered for the event you are provided with a participant's package containing speakers' presentation agenda and writing materials. Within 10 working days missing information will be placed at www.imevents.ru.

Q: Are there specific requirements for a dress code during the event?
A: We recommend compiling to a business style (as the events held are generally of business nature) unless the organizers provide extra information concerning preferable style.

Q: Specific requests.
A: If you have any specific requests, for example, organizing personal meetings with certain participants, please let us know and we'll do our best to make you feel comfortable while attending our conference.

Q: Can you provide assistance in reserving hotel rooms?
